Welcome to Sunstreak ("App"), owned and operated by Wave Tech LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Sunstreak, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. User Content

Users may upload content, including images ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Wave Tech LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content.
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Your content is not abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Trials

Sunstreak offers subscription plans that grant users access to additional features. Subscription plans may include a free trial period, after which fees will apply unless canceled.

By subscribing:

• You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or applicable app store.

No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sunstreak, including but not limited to our logo, visual design, text, software, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Wave Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Wave Tech LLC the right to use, modify, and implement such input without compensation, restriction, or obligation to you.

6. Promotions and Offers

We may, at our sole discretion, offer promotional deals or discounts from time to time. These may be subject to additional terms and may be revoked or changed at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.

8. DMCA Infringement Notices

If you believe that content on Sunstreak infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to: 📧 support@sunstreak.app

Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• Identification of the infringing material;
• Your contact information;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized;
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
